Lean Legs beach Workout

We love this Stay Strong Mummy Lean Legs Beach Workout because its quick and fun! Get the kiddies to join in and make it a group effort. It can be done in the park or even your back yard.

Working out with the kids around can take a little getting use to if you are not used to the little distractions.

Set your intention to have fun with it. Surrender to the stopping and starting because it will happen! Be happy knowing that you are still getting the workout done! It may not be perfect but you are moving your body, elevating your heart rate and strengthening your muscles.

Repeat as many rounds as possible for a total of 15-20 minutes

  1. Side lunges alternating side to side x 20
  2. Bear crawls x 10 forward (kids love these)
  3. Bear crawls x 10 backward
  4. Reverse lunges x 20
  5. Jump Squats or fast squats x 10
