What’s in it?

1-2 tablespoons SSM Coconut Protein Superfood Blend

1/2 banana

1/4 lemon or lime (peel removed)

1 cup kale or dark leafy greens

1-2 cups coconut water

1-2 cups of ice

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.

TIP: We like to make our green smoothies the night before.  They can be stored in the fridge in an air tight container ready the next days breakfast on the go!
