StayStrongMummy Strawberry Mint Protein Smoothie

Refreshing and delicious! Strawberries are high in Vitamin C to help boost immunity and mint is great for digestion.

 

 

Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons SSM Coconut Protein Blend

1-cup strawberries

2 cups coconut water

1 tablespoon Greek Yoghurt

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

1-2 cups ice

Simply place all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth!
