Creamy cashew and sundried tomato hummus dip
This wholefood creamy hummus dip is super healthy and nutritious. The cashews give it extra creaminess and the sundried tomatoes more bite!
What you need..
1 cup organic chickpeas
½ cup cashews
½ cup sundried tomatoes
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs tahini
1 small clove garlic
1 juice of a fresh lemon
¼ cup water (or enough for desired consistency).
Tip: Create a delicious platter using SAKATA RICE CRACKERS, mini sandwiches, veggie sticks and fresh fruit.
For fussy little eaters reduce the amount of the sundried tomatoes or omit all together
- Simply place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week
