• ½ large head of cauliflower
• 2 cups of diced cooked protein- chicken, beef,
tofu or prawns
• 1 small onion, or 3 spring onions diced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 small red chilli
• 2 egg omelette, sliced
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2-3 tbsp tamari
• 1 tsp rice syrup or raw honey (optional)
• White pepper to taste
• Lime juice and fresh coriander to serve
• 2 cup diced vegetables – carrot, red capsicum,
peas, kale, zucchini, snow peas and bean shoots
work well
*Fresh pineapple, optional
1.Grate or process the cauliflower until it
resembles grains of rice.
2.Make omelette and set aside.
3.Pan fry the onion and garlic in the sesame oil.
4.Add the vegetables excluding any delicate
greens,and continue for 2-3 minutes until
5.Add the protein and heat through.
6.Add the cauliflower and continue stir frying
until it starts to soften.
7.Add all remaining ingredients and seasonings
to taste.
8.Serve with fresh coriander and a squeeze of
lime juice.
