Kimberley is a mother to three children within 19 months, including twins, and is the founder of the @staystrongmummy blog and community.
For the past three years, she has devoted a part of herself to helping other busy mums blossom by sharing her home workouts, recipes and mummy wellness tips on her pages.
In addition to running Stay Strong Mummy, she works four days a week in public relations and corporate communications.
Her greatest achievements are by far her husband and three little humans.
Victoria has been helping busy mums blossom for two decades. This mummy of two teens is in her 40’s and is a personal trainer, nutritional and lifestyle coach. She’s the brains behind The Stay Strong Mummy Fitness Plan Food Plan and Workout Guide.
